The empirical results based on the data from 101 shoes and clothing enterprises in Fujian concludes that:organizational learning capacity enhances the organizational performance through the mediate effect of the new product development speed. But the demand uncertainty positively moderates the positive relationship between NPDS and organizational performance. Finally, there are also some limitations and expectations should be considered in the future.
