The characteristics of the individual laborers and their employment are significant effect, which are respectively the factors of the age, the education, the gender, the household registration and the state of health, employment career, industry of employment, employment unit nature and employment income.We should pay attention to the over fatigue problem of migrant workers who are in low education and low-wage, make the specification of the labor standard system, and strengthen the power of supervision of long working hours for those who work in the labor-intensive enterprise, the self-employer, the private enterprise.
