Abstract:This research focuses on the symbiosis of Internet Finance and Traditional Finance, specifies the definition and characters of Finance Symbiosis, and then builds a Logistic Regression to clarify the asymmetric symbiosis. This paper also improves the research by empirical analysis of introducing three kinds of development patterns of the symbiosis, based on which the paper gives some advice for the sustainable development of the symbiosis of Internet Finance and Traditional Finance.
